PRIVACY POLICY

THE SHORT VERSION

We collect what we need to take your order, ship it, and answer you. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

WHAT WE COLLECT

• • When you order:your name, email, and shipping address. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s payment page and are never seen by or stored on this website.
• • When you ask a question: your email and the question you wrote.
• • When you leave a review: the name you choose to display and your review text.
• • When you join the email list: your email address. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

WHO ELSE PROCESSES IT

We use a small number of service providers to actually run the store. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job:

• • Stripe processes payments and holds order and customer records.
• • EasyPost and USPS receive the shipping address to quote rates and print your label.
• • Resend sends order, tracking and list emails.
• • Cloudflare hosts the site and its database and keeps standard server logs.

COOKIES AND TRACKING

This site does not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your cart is kept in your own browser’s local storage so it survives a page reload. Stripe sets its own cookies on its payment page for fraud prevention.

YOUR CHOICES

Email support@everyholder.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Records we have to keep for tax and accounting are the one exception. Unsubscribe links are at the bottom of every marketing email.

CHILDREN

This store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
